Round 1: Aptitude Test

Time Limit: 10-15 minutes.
Purpose: Tests analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Round 2: Domain-Specific Questions

Participants will face questions related to their field of study (engineering, management, finance, etc.).

Format: MCQs + a few short-answer questions.
Time Limit: 10 -15 minutes.
Purpose: Tests subject knowledge, practical understanding, and problem-solving skills.

Final Round: Behavioral / HR Round

A mock interview conducted by panelists/judges.
Focuses on communication skills, confidence, body language, and situational responses.

Time Limit: 10 minutes.
Purpose: Tests professionalism, soft skills, and ability to handle pressure.
Winners: Judges will decide the 1st and 2nd place winners based on overall performance.
